RPS7 Drill Size Range 1.3125" (1-5/16") - 1.7717" (1-3/4").
RPS7 imperial slip fixed renewable drill bushes feature a 2-1/4" (2.2500") outside diameter (OD). With over 70 years of manufacturing these drill bushes we have an extensive size range. Metric and imperial bores from 33mm and 1-5/16" to 45mm and 1-3/4". Stocked and manufactured to drill tolerances or reamer tolerances. Reamer tolerance bushes are suffixed with an R in the part number and description.
The RPS7 range of renewable bushes are designed to slide fit into a corresponding liner to form a quick-change system for mass production or for multi size drilling and reaming applications in one fixture. These imperial bushes can also be used with handles and egg cup drilling fixtures. We will gladly quote to customer specification and can manufacture aerospace control kits to order. All our renewable drill bushes are etched with the bore size for easy identification.
