P Type Imperial Jig Bush BS1098 Pt.1 1967 are Plain Imperial Drill Bushes or Jig Bushes used in jigs and tools. P8 drill bushes have an OD of 7/8” nominal 0.8750" and bore size range of 0.5020" - 0.6250". Accurate and concentric imperial plain drill bushes can be used for locating imperial pins or for repetitive accurate drilling.
Headless bushes are manufactured with a ground OD to be pressed into a drilled or reamed plate. The drill bush sits flush with the fixture. Imperial bushes are also supplied in some cases with metric bores. Bushes can be manufactured to customer drawing or size requirements.
