Hardened and blacked with a formed dome.
Lengths are 1.5 X D.
What are fixture nuts used for?
Fixture nuts are used in clamping assemblies in machine shop and production environments. Their tough durable nature and standard thread sizes make them ideal for use with studs T-bolts and hardened washers on clamping beds. The formed dome or snout of the fixture nut can be used with spherical washers to compensate for uneven surfaces.
