Description
RD8 - RD8 Drill Size Range 1.00mm - 4.00mm
RD8 are 8mm outside diameter slip-fixed drill bushes. The 8mm OD is designed to fit a corresponding liner bush for either multi size drilling, piloting or reaming operations, or high productivity environments where the bush may eventually wear out. Renewable bushes with an OD of 8mm have a standard bore range of 1mm to 4mm. Special bore sizes can be manufactured quickly in our UK bush manufacturing facility. Reamer tolerance bushes are suffixed with the letter R in the P/N and also the size description. If you cannot find what you are looking for, don’t hesitate to contact the Boneham Technical Team. Renewable bushes can be used directly in fixtures such as the Boneham Handle Bush, or "spoon bush', as well as egg cup fixtures and other fixture applications.We will happily quote to customer specification or drawing, including the manufacture of aerospace control kits to order. All our renewable drill bushes are etched with the bore size for easy identification and can be customised with tool numbers or other identification requirements.
