Composite Mould Bush for Bolts M5 to M12
The composite mould bush is manufactured for standard bolts to locate through. They are the bush element of the knurled mould clamp range. Knurled Mould Clamps are designed by Boneham as an interchangeable solution for locating bolts in the composite mould process.
Accurate alignment and fixing is important. The GSCL mould clamp range is relatively compact and reduces mould scrappage.
The mould clamps range are dedicated components which reduce subcontract and multi-component requirements. The bush and nut are purchased separately so a more precise bush such as a GS or PP type bush can be used if required.
Mould clamps are a versatile solution interchangeable with bolts precision shoulder bolts and pins.
