Imperial Spoon Handle Drill Bushes.

Boneham Imperial Handle Bushes (Inch) are designed to provide an accurate and portable drilling tool without the need for a large, heavy or inflexible fixture. Imperial Handle bushes are lightweight, ergonomic and able to provide precise drilling in hard-to-reach applications. Handle bushes also lend themselves to kitting, tailoring to colour or tool number requirement, and tool control.

Why choose a Handle Bush?

In MRO or production environments where multi drilling or reaming operations are necessary, liner bushes can be placed in a complex fixture and each handle can be equipped with a pilot and multiple sizes of RPS, and SF bushes using a standard imperial renewable bush and lock-screw assembly. Imperial Handle bushes are a must have solution for controlled environments. Kits of bushes can be associated with one handle to reduce error and prevent loss.
Boneham Inch Handle Bushes use renewable RPS and SF bushes to reduce tooling costs across a wide range of tooling, including conventional jigs, handles and egg cup style fixtures.

When ordering identify the OD size required based on the standard drill range.

For example:

Handle Only: To Suit 1/2” OD bush would be HB-32
With Drill Bush: To Suit 1/2” OD bush with 1/4” bore and 1” long; would be HB-32-RPS21CQ5A
