Description

Seating Pin 4mm to 12mm (Flat headed locator).

The most common location pin is the seating location pin to DIN 6321, these have a chamfered head which allows for easier location, they have a small and large part of the body which allows for press fit of the narrow part of the pin, with the larger head offering a clearance fit with the work piece. Quite frequently Seating Location Pins are used as bearing surfaces for tools, jigs and fixtures. Seating pins can also be used for height setting. The head tolerance is h9.
