Introducing our range of Boneham & Turner Die Sets and Press Tool Standard Parts, the majority in accordance with present I.S.O. Standards, a direct result of the company's involvement and dedication over recent years in the formulation of this world standard for the Press Tool and related industries.
The Press Tool range of products is made up of the following:
Die Sets : Including four pillar, rear pillar, diagonal pillar and centre pillar die formations.
Guide Pins: Including standard guide pins, parallel guide pins, and shouldered guide pins with end lock.
Guide Bushes:These guide bushes incorporate counter bore of ISO form G type bushes, to act as an oil reservoir. Guide bushes are manufactured from hardened mild steel and precision ground. The bushes are intended to fit in a hole with a H7 tolerance.
Ball Cage Bushes: Both headed and plain ball cage bushes.
